Organization Branding #

If you’re designated as an Organization Owner or Admin, you’ll have the capability to access and modify the organization logo and name. For Recruiters or Reviewers, you can view the logo and name, but modifying them won’t be possible.

Roles and Users #

View Users #

This menu is only available to the designated Organization Owner or Admin.

In this list, you’ll be able to see:

– Organization Admin: This role has complete access to all features.
– Recruiter: This role has access to most features except for the configuration menu.
– Reviewer: This role is limited to accessing exams that have been specifically granted access.
VerifiedThis status indicates if your invited users have completed email verification. Users will receive a verification token upon their first sign-in. Once the email is verified, the ‘No’ icon changes to ‘Yes’.
ActionsThe available actions include editing, deleting, and blocking.

Add User #

You’ll be able to add users to the maximum quantity available of your user license. To add a user you can always click “Add User” and this pop-up would appear:

Temporary PasswordThis is mandatory & important. Please create the password placeholder for your user and save the password to pass on to the user.

Inform the email and password of your invited user so they can log in and verify their account.

Why is the Save button unclickable? #

If you’re unable to save your user, check your mandatory input such as First name, Role, Email, and Password.

Why does the password have an error? #

Even when creating a temporary password, it’s important to create a strong one. This entails crafting a password that meets specific criteria. Our password requirements mandate a minimum of 8 characters, including at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, one alphanumeric character, and one non-alphanumeric character. For instance, you might consider passwords like ‘Horse22!’ or ‘2!B00y4h’.

I forgot the temporary password. What should I do? #

You can always reset the password as admin through the Edit user menu. Don’t forget to inform your user of the new password.

Why is the added email considered invalid or already taken? #

If you encounter an error indicating that your email is either invalid or already in use, here’s what you can do:

  1. Double-check for any typos or spaces in the email input field.
  2. Verify that the email has not been registered previously as a participant. Once registered as an organization user, the same email cannot be used for participant registration in Algobash, and vice versa.
  3. If you’re uncertain about the issue, don’t hesitate to reach out to us via WhatsApp or email at info@algobash.com.

Edit User #

To edit a user’s profile, simply click the ‘Edit’ button in the Action column for each user. This will redirect you to the profile editing form. If you need guidance, you can refer to the ‘Add User’ instructions above.

Delete User #

To delete a user’s profile, simply click the ‘Delete’ button in the Action column for each user. There will be a confirmation prompt if you’re sure to delete this user.

Once deleted, they will lose access to the organization.

However, deletion is not possible if they have a relation to the organization. Therefore you can block the user for this case.

Block or Unblock User #

To block or unblock a user, simply click the ‘Block’ in the form of a lock button in the Action column for each user. Blocked users will be blocked from all of the organization’s pages.

What occurs after I invite a team member as an organization user? #

Once the admin adds your team member as a user. They will receive an email invitation like this:

Click the ‘Login’ button or directly visit team2.algobash.com to access your account. Once you successfully log in, two scenarios will unfold:

  1. Proceed to the ‘Email Verification’ page
    You’ll be prompted to verify your email by entering the token sent to your registered email address. Be sure to check your Promotions, Updates, or Spam folders for the email.
  2. or automatically redirected to the Home page
    In case you were added by Algobash admins, email verification won’t be necessary.
