What kind of quota is implemented in Algobash 2.0? #

There are 3 types of quotas in Algobash:

  1. Maximum participants quota
  2. Maximum user license quota
  3. Maximum active participants’ quota

Each quota has a specific limit and is applicable until the next subscription payment for renewal

What is the maximum participant quota? #

The maximum participant quota refers to the highest number of participants that your organization can have in Algobash at a given time. This quota ensures the smooth management of assessments and participants.

What is the maximum user license? #

The maximum user license indicates the total number of users that your organization can have registered in the system. This includes various roles such as admins, recruiters, and reviewers.

What is the maximum active user quota? #

The maximum concurrent user quota represents the highest number of users who can take the assessment actively simultaneously. This helps ensure system performance and responsiveness.

What happens if I reach the maximum quotas? #

  1. If you reach the maximum participant quota, you may need to either upgrade your plan to accommodate more participants.
  2. If you reach the maximum user license quota, might lead to restrictions on adding new users. Ensure your user count aligns with your license to avoid any disruptions.
  3. While the maximum active user quota is designed to maintain optimal platform performance. If you exceed this quota, some users may experience some queue and waiting time.
