Test Main Component #
On every test you can see:
- Test Detail:
- Test Name
- Total time of the test
- Total questions
- Created time
- Created by
- Status test: Finished/Draft/Ongoing/Coming Soon
- Start date – end date
- Camera icon: webcam snapshot activated
- Desktop icon: desktop snapshot activated
- Test token (will appear only if you set the configuration to “Public” token)
- Actions
- Download CSV
- Preview
- Publish (only appear for draft tests only)
- Edit
- Duplicate
- Delete
- Add participant button (only appear for ongoing and coming soon tests)
- Test tabs (we will explain this one by one below!)
Each test will have detailed tabs such as participants, exam modules, configuration and export history.
Participants #
This tab is the default tab opened when you open each test.
You can see the participant details, their exam status, etc.
You can even search the participants by their name or email, filter their status, and/or their ratings (if any).
Actions #
Per participant submission, you can do:
- Delete submission: you can delete the submission. This will enable the candidates to re-take the test with the same email. This action is irreversible!
- View submission: you’ll be redirected to the submission detail page.
- Resend email: you can click the email icon to resend the email invitation.
Bulk Action #
We enable bulk action for you:
- Delete: you can delete the submissions. This will enable the candidates to re-take the test with the same email. This action is irreversible!
- Request report export: download the PDF and the participant’s codes in bulk. You’ll be notified once the export is ready and you can check the “Export History” tab to re-download it anytime..
Exam Modules #
You can see the modules set for this specific test in this tab.
Configuration #
You can see your configuration settings on this tab.
Export History #
Once it’s finished, you can download the zip file.
To update it, you can always click “Update”
