You will have the ability to view the complete report of your participant, as depicted in the image above
To access this feature, you will require the appropriate access permissions.
Here’s what you can expect to see:
- Overall Score
- Timestamp Details
- Anti-Cheating Monitoring
- Detailed Result: This section can be expanded to examine submission details.
- Rating and Notes: Collaborate and share insights with other users in this section
Via Public Result (NEW) #
What is a Public Result link? #
A Public Result link is a new feature that provides a secure link to view a participant’s assessment report. This link can be shared externally for easy access to the report.
How does the Public Result link work? #
The Public Result link allows anyone with the link to view the participant’s report without requiring platform login credentials.
How to access the Public Result? #
To access the public result, you’ll need to find this link (🔗) button. You’ll be able to see it on the participants list.
Upon clicking this button, you will copy the link to the participant’s public result. Feel free to share this link with individuals you trust.
What would be available on the report? #
There are certain limitations to the report content:
- Anti-cheating monitoring is not available for public access
- External parties cannot add or edit ratings and notes.
- The Detailed Result would be limited as well.
Via PDF Report #
What is a PDF Report? #
A PDF Report is a downloadable document that presents a participant’s assessment results in a structured and easy-to-read format. It offers a comprehensive overview of their performance.
How can I access a PDF Report? #
To access the public result, you’ll need to find the “PDF” button. You’ll be able to see it on the participants list.
Upon clicking this button, you will be downloading the PDF result. Feel free to share this link with individuals you trust.
What information is included in a PDF Report? #
A PDF Report typically includes assessment scores, performance metrics, insights, and other relevant details.
Via Spreadsheet Report #
What is a Spreadsheet Report? #
An Excel Report provides raw assessment data per assessment in a format that can be opened and analyzed using spreadsheet software.
How can I obtain a Spreadsheet Report? #
You can download an Excel Report from the download dropdown like this:
