I’m invited to Algobash, is it mandatory to register or log in? #

Yes! It’s mandatory for you to register and log in to join the assessment.

What are the requirements for creating a password? #

Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for added security.

Can I change my registered email address later? #

Generally, registered email addresses cannot be changed easily for security reasons. Ensure you use a working email address you have ongoing access to.

I haven’t received an email for verification. What should I do? #

Firstly, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there. If the issue persists, you can request a resend of the confirmation email.

How do I log in to my account? #

Locate the “Login” button on the Participant App. Enter your registered email address and password, then click “Login” to access your account.

I forgot my password. What should I do? #

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the instructions to reset your password via email. It’s recommended to use a strong, unique password.
