An assessment module, often referred to as just “module,” is a self-contained unit of evaluation within a larger assessment platform. It’s designed to test specific skills, knowledge, or abilities of participants, such as candidates applying for a job or individuals undergoing training.

Assessment modules can come in various formats, such as coding challenges, multiple-choice quizzes, practical tasks, or simulations. They are carefully designed to measure participants’ capabilities accurately and effectively.

How are Company Modules categorized? #

Algobash 2.0 features two primary groups of modules, categorized based on their ownership:

  1. Algobash modules: Developed and owned by Algobash, these are accessible to all users within all organizations.
  2. Company’s modules: Created and owned by your company exclusively, these questions are privately listed and can only be utilized within your organization.

So, Can I create my own module? #

Absolutely! If you have an active subscription, you have the capability to create your own modules. Just simply click “+ New Module” and pick your module type (read here about it).

We will provide step-by-step instructions for each module on separate pages.

How can I differentiate between Algobash Modules and Company Modules? #

Company Modules will be labeled with a ‘Company’s’ tag, allowing you to easily identify them.

Can I use Company Modules for assessments across different departments? #

Yes, Company Modules can be used across various departments within your organization, providing flexibility and efficiency in assessment distribution.

Can I share Company Modules with other organizations? #

No, Company Modules are exclusively designed for your organization’s use and cannot be shared with external parties.

Can Algobash Modules and Company Modules be customized? #

In Algobash 2.0, modifications to Algobash Modules are no longer possible.

However, you retain the flexibility to customize your Company Modules according to your organization’s requirements. This allows you to fine-tune assessments to match specific skill criteria and align them with your organizational goals.

Is there a limit to the number of Algobash and Company Modules I can create or access? #

Access to modules is determined by your subscribed features. For instance, if you haven’t subscribed to the coding test feature, you won’t have the capability to create or utilize coding test modules.
