I want to be part of my company’s organization. Can I join and how do I register? #

Certainly! If your company is already on Algobash, you can simply ask your organization’s admin to add your email address through the Configurations > Users. Alternatively, you can always reach out to Algobash Admin via WhatsApp or email for help.

I’m new to Algobash and want to give it a try. Can I register on my own? #

Absolutely! With Algobash 2.0, we’ve made the registration process super easy. Just register using your work email to create your organization. To activate a free trial or a package, you’ll need to add your credit card details. Rest assured, we use Xendit as a secure payment gateway.

What are the requirements for creating a password? #

Your password should be at least 8 characters long and include a mix of uppercase and lowercase letters, numbers, and special characters for added security.

Can I change my registered email address later? #

Generally, registered email addresses cannot be changed easily for security reasons. Ensure you use a working email address you have ongoing access to.

I haven’t received an email for verification. What should I do? #

Firstly, check your spam or junk folder in case the email was filtered there. If the issue persists, you can request a resend of the confirmation email.

My domain isn’t being recognized as a company. Why is this happening? #

We apologize for the inconvenience you’re facing. We now perform validation for every domain registered on our platform. There could be a few reasons for this:

  1. You might not have an active landing page, so our system detect you as a non-active organization.
  2. Or detected as a fake or temporary email

How to resolve: Request a demo session with us. This way, we can personally validate your company’s information and address any issues firsthand.

Why am I unable to log in to the App using my Recruiter email? #

For security reasons, we strictly prohibit cross-authentication between the Team and App domains.

Do candidates need to register? #

Absolutely! To ensure assessment security and validation, every candidate must register. We also gather certain information for our anti-cheating proctoring measures.

Login #

How do I log in to my account? #

Locate the “Login” button on the homepage. Enter your registered email address and password, then click “Login” to access your account.

I forgot my password. What should I do? #

On the login page, click the “Forgot Password” link. Follow the instructions to reset your password via email. It’s recommended to use a strong, unique password.

Security #

What should I do if my account has been compromised? #

If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately. Contact our support team to report the issue and take necessary actions to secure your account. That’s why we recommend you activate the 2FA through Profile > 2fa menu.

Is Enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) Recommended? #

2FA provides an added layer of security by requiring an additional piece of information (like a code sent to your phone) alongside your password during login.

Managing 2FA Activation: Can I Turn It On and Off?

You have the flexibility to activate or deactivate your 2FA through Profile > 2fa menu.

I lost my 2FA codes, what should I do? #

Don’t worry if you’ve lost your 2FA codes! Just contact Algobash Admin via WhatsApp or email for assistance.
