2 Factor Authentication (2FA)

We enabled 2 Factor Authentication (2FA) for your account security. We will prompt 2FA every time your session run out and logged out from our platform. If you haven’t activate your 2FA, there will be a red dot appears on your 2FA icon on the navbar.

Or you can access the 2FA menu through our Hamburger menu > Authentication

Activate 2FA #

If you click the 2FA menu, you will see this interface:

To enable it you can click the “Activate 2 Factor Authentication” button.

QR code and code input from your Google Authenticator app
  1. There would be QR code presented. Please scan the QR code to your Google Authenticator app.
  2. Then input the code generated from your Google Authenticator App.
  3. Submit the code to proceed to the next step.
Backup codes
  1. Once the pairing to your Google Authenticator succeeds, you will receive backup codes for emergency cases. Do copy your codes and save them somewhere save.
  2. Press “Ok” once you’re finished with the whole process

Reset Backup Code #

Reset backup code or Deactivate 2FA

If you lost your backup code, you can always click “Reset Backup Code”. You need to put your token from your Google Authenticator app. Once the token match, you will get a new backup code.

Deactivate 2FA #

Reset backup code or Deactivate 2FA

If you want to deactivate your 2FA, you can always click the “Deactivate 2 Factor Authentication” button. You need to put your token from your Google Authenticator app. Once the token match, your 2FA will be deactivated.
