Assessment History #

How can I access a participant’s assessment history? #

Within the Participants page, locate the participant and click on their name or profile picture to access their assessment history.

In the assessment history, you can:

  1. View the results of previous assessments
  2. Copy the public report (web form)
  3. Download PDF report
  4. Resend assessment email invitations
  5. Delete submissions if needed

How do I view the results of a participant’s previous assessments? #

You can click the assessment name to view their detailed result. Clicking on this option will show you the results of the participant’s past assessments.

What distinguishes a public report from a PDF report? #

The primary distinction lies in the report format. One is provided in a link format, while the other is available as a PDF file. Both types are publicly accessible, provided that access has been given by you.

Even in the PDF report, certain details might reference the public report due to display limitations inherent to the PDF format.

Can I send the assessment results to the participants? #

No, the result is not accessible to participants.

Can I resend the assessment invitation to the participants? #

Yes, you can find the ‘Resend Email’ option for each assessment. This allows you to resend the email invitation to re-notify the participant.

What happens if I delete a submission from the assessment history? #

Deleting a submission from the assessment history typically removes the associated assessment result and submission data permanently. By doing so, your participant will be able to retake the test.

Please remember that this action is irreversible.

Is there a limit to the number of times I can resend assessment invitations or delete submissions? #

There may not be a specific limit, but it’s important to exercise these actions judiciously to maintain accurate records.
