Billing in Algobash 2.0

Billing is an added feature within Algobash 2.0, aimed at improving transparency and providing a smooth subscription experience for our users.

Is billing accessible to all users within my organization? #

No, only Admins and Organization owners will have access to view this menu.

What does the ‘Manage Plan’ section include? #

You’ll be able to view this information:

  • Your package name. It should be Starter Pack, Essential Pack, or Power Pack. Please note that this may vary and change over time
  • Details of your upcoming subscription charge.
  • A ‘Change Plan’ button to modify or halt your subscription. This will connect you with our WhatsApp admin for assistance.
  • The allocated participant quota.
  • The number of admin recruiter licenses.
  • Active features and content. Please be aware that these might differ and change periodically.
  • Enabled branding and other features. Keep in mind that these could vary and change over time.

What is the ‘Billing Details’ information in the ‘Billing’ section used for? #

We are an Indonesian company that is required to collect value-added tax (VAT). Therefore, we need data such as your company’s official name and taxpayer number that can be filled in.

If you do not fill in, the team will automatically issue a tax invoice with a default zero number with the consequence that the time cannot be credited by your company.

Is it mandatory to add a payment method to my account? #

For clients with special payment requests, you do not need to fill in a payment method.

However, Algobash now requires you to enter a credit card even when signing up as a free trial user.

Is my payment information and data secure? #

Algobash does not store your credit card details. Algobash currently uses a third party for this process. Therefore, all data is stored and processed by Xendit as a payment gateway.

We strongly recommend you to enable 2FA for your security.

What does the ‘Invoice History’ section contain? #

In this section, you’ll find your paid invoices and tax invoices associated with your payments. Please note that this feature is currently under development and will be available soon.

Why is everything expressed in Rupiah? #

Algobash is a company incorporated in the Republic of Indonesia. In accordance with applicable law, all transactions can only be made in Rupiah. You can make transactions with any currency through our payment gateway and it will be automatically converted to Rupiah.
