Roles & User Management

Roles #

There are 3 types of user roles in Algobash:

Role in Algobash
  1. Organization Owner
This means you’re the admin owner of your company. The main feature that the organization owners have is to access the User Management and Settings menu — you can add users to your company, adjust the company’s detail, and create default templates. This specific role is assigned automatically when you first sign up on our platform. If you want to pass this role to someone else, you can email info@algobash.com and send a request.
  2. Admin
This means you’re the admin of your company. Your features will be exactly the same as the Organization Owner except create default templates. This role is assigned by other admins or organization owners.
  3. Recruiter
Means you’re assigned as the recruiter. You will not have access to the User Management menu — means you cannot add your fellow teammates to the company. Please reach out to your Organization Owners or Admins.

User Management #

The “User Management” menu should be accessible for organization owners or admins. It means you’re allowed to add other user admins or recruiters to your company. To add, delete, edit, or block users you can access it through our Hamburger menu > User Management.

  1. Profile pictures: by default, we set Algobash logo as a placeholder.
  2. ID: set automatically by Algobash.
  3. Name: First name and last name combined.
  4. Description: If you want to add a description to your users e.g.: Talent Acquisition, Dog Person, etc.
  5. Email
  6. Role
  7. Verified: This is a verification status for your invited users. Your invited users will need to verify their email through a token sent to the registered email. We’ll send the token once the users signed in for the first time. If the users already verified their email, the icon will change from ‘X’ to ‘✓’.
  8. Action: We have edit, view, and delete actions attached for each user. You cannot delete yourself. If you want to edit your details, you can go to the Menu > Edit Profile.
