How to resend an email invitation? #

You can always resend your email invitation to candidates by clicking the “Email” button on the “Participants” table for each test.

When you initiate a resend, a confirmation pop-up will appear. If you wish to proceed, click “Yes”. After the resend is successfully executed, you’ll receive a notification through a success pop-up.

Will participants receive reminders for tests they haven’t completed? #

Yes, indeed! In Algobash 2.0, we send reminders to participants who haven’t submitted their assessments. These are some conditions related:

• For assessments without a deadline: We send a submission reminder on Day +3 from the date of the invitation.
• For assessments with a set deadline: We send submission reminders on Day -3 and Day -1 prior to the deadline. Even if you modify the deadline afterward, reminders will be sent based on the original invitation schedule.
